Honorable mention certificates will be an option of the judges.

The winning entries will be published in KWA's 2009 anthology and a copy will be presented to each winner. The playwriting winner will not be in the anthology due to length of the entry.

The anthology will include the three winning entries from each category. Writers who place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd will need to provide a print-ready copy of their entry on a disc.

The anthology book is meant for all ages -- therefore, no obscene or X-rated material, etc., will be judged. If you aren't sure about the suitability of your work -- don't send it in.
